November 2021 Customer Dispute

Damage Amount Requested: $100,000.00

May 2018 Customer Dispute

Status: Settled

Allegations: Suitability of investments made in 2015.

Damage Amount Requested: $22,358.16

Settlement Amount: $9,000.00

Broker Comment: I deny the client’s allegations as I provided all material information to the client and they fully understood the products prior to their purchase. The portfolio decline was the result of their decision to leave the product early against my advice. I agreed to the settlement as a business decision but still maintain this was a suitable investment and the client’s misguided actions resulted in losses.
