Carl Ruderman, the former owner of 1st Global Capital which filed for bankruptcy in September as a result of investigations commenced by the US Attorney’s Office and Securities and Exchange Commission, recently invoked his 5th amendment right against self-incrimination during a deposition.

Mr. Ruderman’s and his former business, 1st Global Capital, are currently under investigation by the SEC. There are serious concerns that 1st Global Capital is nothing more than a $283 million loan fraud.
