Investigation: Darrell Pope, former US Bank broker recently suspended by FINRA

Darrell-Pope-Advisor-US-Bank The Sonn Law Group is investigating allegations involving former US Bank broker Darrell Pope (Broker CRD Number: 4596113).

Pope was recently suspended by FINRA for four months and fined $7,500 for engaging in outside business activities. According to his settlement with FINRA, Pope attempted to facilitate the sale of Iraqi dinar currency without properly disclosing the transaction, a violation of both FINRA Rule 3270 and his firm’s policies.

Darrell Pope was fired by his employer of nearly a decade, US Bank, in December 2015 after the allegations of engaging in outside businesses activities came to light.
