Peter Ianace, Formerly of Wells Fargo, Barred by FINRA For Refusing to Cooperate with Investigation

FINRA initiated an investigation into Ianace based on allegations of failing to disclose outside business activities.

In September 2020, Ianace was barred by FINRA based on allegations that he failed to cooperate with FINRA in connection with its investigation into his potential failure to disclose outside business activities to his member firm.

Ianace has three customer disputes on his BrokerCheck report, one of which was denied.
