Peter Huffman (CRD# 5613027) is a currently registered broker and investment advisor. Since 2009, Mr. Huffman has been a registered representative with Merril Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith based in La Jolla, California.

On August 1, 2019, a firm customer filed a customer dispute against Mr. Huffman requesting nearly $2.8 million in damages on allegations of excessive trading to increase commissions, also known as churning. The period of the alleged misconduct is between January 31, 2012, and May 31, 2019.
