Merrill Lynch Broker Patrick Neal Foley (CRD#6682164) has been barred from FINRA after just one year as a broker.

Foley was registered with Merrill Lynch in Ontario California from 2016–2018.

During his time with Merrill Lynch, he had three disclosures.

In June 2019, Foley failed to appear at a FINRA hearing in connection with an investigation into allegations that he accepted loans from an elderly member firm customer.

He was also charged for accepting loans from a client In January of 2018.

Foley filed for bankruptcy in 2011.
