Maureen Scalzo (CRD#:1349675) consented to being barred by FINRA by failing to appear for testimony in connection with a FINRA investigation that she altered or falsified customer forms and submitted them to her member firm.

From April 12, 2011 until July 3, 2018, Scalzo was a registered broker for Benjamin F. Edwards & Company, Inc. She was previously terminated from Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC in December 2009 following allegations of violating firm policies and procedures by altering information on client documents.

Scalzo was also a registered broker for Harris Associates Securities L.P. from March 20, 1985 until March 20, 1993.
