 Lance Roman Armstrong (
CRD#: 4592423) consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he refused to appear for on-the-record testimony as requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation of his activities.

The findings stated that Armstrong’s member firm filed a Form U5, disclosing that it had discharged him after he solicited and accepted multiple loans from customers in connection with undisclosed outside business activity.

Armstrong was discharged from Raymond James in February 2019 following allegations that he solicited and accepted multiple loans from customers in connection with undisclosed outside business activity. 

Prior to being registered with Raymond James, Armstrong worked for Sorrento Pacific Financial from November 2005 to April 2007 and with ICBA Financial Services from October 2002 until November 2005.
