Jordan C. Kane (CRD# 6861219) is a previously registered broker. In 2018, Mr. Kane was a registered representative with Citizens Securities based in Quincy, Massachusetts. In April 2018, Mr. Kane was allowed to resign from his position with Citizens Securities after he failed to disclose an arrest on his initial for registration in the securities industry (Form U4).

In February 2019, FINRA suspended Mr. Kane for failure to respond to the regulator’s request for information. Following a Notice of Suspension letter, dated February 25, 2019, Mr. Kane had three months to file a written request to terminate his suspension under FINRA Rule 9552.

If he fails to submit a written request, he will be permanently barred from the industry effective May 28, 2019.

In addition to the FINRA action and employment separation, Mr. Kane has two criminal disclosures on his BrokerCheck profile. The first, from 1999, includes charges for the possession or sale of a narcotic drug, to which Mr. Kane pled guilty.

The second, from 2012, includes three charges: assault and battery, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and attempted murder. All three charges were abandoned by the prosecution.
