Broker Comment: The allegations against me are inaccurate and inappropriate. The transaction in dispute occurred between two parties in a private sale that was not conducted through Forge Securities, LLC (formerly, SharesPost Financial Corporation), the broker-dealer where I was employed as Chief Compliance Officer. I had no broker-dealer supervisory responsibilities with respect to the transaction at issue. I am seeking to be removed as a respondent to the claim.
